Description

This studio is 35 square metres, located on the 4th floor of The Palm Residence, built in 2018, and just 200 metres from Kata Beach. The air‑conditioning unit in the bedroom is a bit noisy on high fan speed, though it cools the room effectively. I’m returning to the United States to be closer to my grandchildren, so I need to rent out the unit quickly. Viewings are available any afternoon; price is negotiable for a longer lease.
