Many visitors to Koh Samui choose a boat trip, a restaurant or a gym from whatever they happen to see first. This guide is narrower. It covers the Koh Samui businesses that list directly on Tukitini, what each says it offers, and what to ask before you book. As of 25 October 2026 there are seven service listings on Koh Samui from six businesses; one charter company has two listings.
Most of them are on the water
Four of the seven listings are boat or yacht charters, from three companies.
Samui Ocean Sports & Yacht Charter runs private sailing trips around Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Ang Thong Marine Park, including day trips, sunset cruises and multi-day charters. Its second listing describes Dreamcatcher, a 44-foot cruising catamaran with a centre cockpit. One of its listings shows a price of 8,000 THB, but it does not say whether that is per person, per boat or per trip, so ask what it covers.
Ko Samui Boat Charter offers day trips and private boat hire from Koh Samui and Khanom. Its listing names Ang Thong National Marine Park, Koh Taen, Ko Mat Sum ("pig island") and the Khanom pink dolphins as destinations, with private charters and semi-private trips.
Oceans Elite Charters describes itself as a luxury private yacht charter for Koh Samui; the business location on its listing is Koh Phangan. It does not publish prices.
Choosing between them
Only one of the four charter listings shows a price, and without a unit, so the most useful thing you can do is ask each company the same questions:
- Is the trip private (your group only) or shared?
- What is the price per boat or per person, and what does it include: fuel, crew, food, drinks, snorkelling gear, national park fees?
- Where does the boat leave from, and is hotel transfer included?
- What happens if the weather is bad on the day: a refund, a new date, or nothing?
- How many people can the boat take, and is there shade and a toilet on board?
The answers usually make the choice for you. A shared day trip to Ang Thong and a private catamaran for a sunset are very different products, even when the listings sound similar.
Two Bophut restaurants
Cocoon Viewpoint is a hillside restaurant above Bophut with an open-air terrace looking out over the island to the Gulf of Siam. Its listing describes Thai flavours paired with European technique. LUNA Gastro Theatre, also in Bophut, presents dinner as a staged tasting experience: its chef offers six curated tasting menus using seasonal produce and locally landed seafood. Neither listing shows a price. For tasting menus and sunset tables, ask about booking, dietary needs and the price per person before you go.
A gym on the west coast
Gravity Movement Gym describes itself as a functional-fitness and movement gym on Koh Samui's quiet west coast, with an open-air training floor. Its listing mentions daily group classes and day passes and shows a price of 450 THB, without saying exactly what that buys. If you are staying for a week or longer, ask about weekly or monthly options.
How booking works
Each business is contacted straight from its listing. Bookings, deposits and payment are arranged with the business, not with Tukitini; Tukitini does not act as an agent and does not take a fee. Keep your own record: save the chat where the price and inclusions were agreed, and get a receipt for any deposit. If you are staying in Chaweng or Lamai, ask whether transfer to the boat or restaurant is included before you compare prices.
Planning a longer stay? Our guide to villa rentals on Koh Samui covers accommodation for expats and long stays. All current listings are on the Koh Samui services page, and the wider Koh Samui page includes other categories as well. If you run a service business on the island, you can list it free.
